  13. System "hang" when running The 7th Guest games, the display will go dim and 
  14. there are background music, but no display at all.

  18. User who have Cirrus Logic VGA card (chipset 5420/5422) installed in their PC 
  19. will not be able to run The 7th Guest game, the above-mentioned sympton 
  20. occurs when executing the program T7G.BAT.

  22. However, there is no problem during installation, the installation program can 
  23. detect that a SVGA card is installed and set the parameters accordingly.

  25. Solution/Action

  27. The problem lies with The 7th Guest program itself which does not detect/set 
  28. the video mode correctly.  A patch file that solves this problem is avalable on 
  29. SB-BBS, the following information will help user to locate the file:
